Jack Bicer, CEO & CTO (BSEE, MSCS)
With 30 years of experience in software development, Jack's claim to fame is his
invention of the Uninstall software during his tenure at Symantec that is now included
in virtually every commercial software package. He is also credited with inventing
the "Automated Software Updates". Having spent 15 years in a CTO capacity for software
companies and dot coms, including an acquisition by VeriSign, Jack has delivered
over 100 software development projects on time and on budget.
In addition to the high availability systems (99.995% uptime), he has implemented
highly scalable web sites with 2 Million visitors per month and 1 Terabyte of traffic
a day.
Jack's current and past non-profit organizational involvements include the roles
of President at TechBiz Connection
(TBC), Board Director at Society of
Information Managers (SIM), President at Association of Internet Professionals
(AIP), Executive Board Member at Tech
Coast Venture Network (TCVN) and Advisory Board Member at the Orange County Digital Media Center.

Vipul Shah, General Partner, India (BS Finance, MSCS)
Fifteen years of experience in IT industry as a Software Systems / Business Analyst
in the areas of Development and Implementation of Application Software. Previously,
Vipul worked for Accenture, Business Objects, Bausch & Lomb, Cap Gemini Ernst &
Young, EDS and Qualcomm.
